fantastic stay, great location

excellent location rooftop view clean pool great breakfast

the location proved excellent for accessing key attractions. excursion pickups occurred right outside the hotel. the rooftop offered nice views. i found the pool clean and inviting for relaxation after sightseeing. the breakfast had a great selection, especially the fruit.

i noticed the absence of larger fridges in the rooms, which would have been a beneficial addition.

The reception staff extended a warm welcome. restaurant personnel were polite. bar staff were attentive. Their service was consistently efficient. the overall impression of service quality was positive.

poor soundproofing breakfast service

The breakfast service struggled to keep up with a large group. It was difficult to get items replenished promptly. the room i was assigned, an 'economy double room,' was quite small (much smaller than anticipated). the air conditioning was not fully functional during the night, made sleeping uncomfortable. furthermore, there was considerable noise from outside, indicating poor soundproofing.

I appreciated the attentive front desk staff. They offered train timetables and directions. the restaurant staff was very nice. Their warmth enhanced every dinner. on our anniversary, they surprised us with a cake and candles. i especially loved how clean and well-kept the accommodation was.

the lack of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is near the main street. A quick walk gets you to everything. the hotel is at the base of a scenic hillside of 400 m. this positioning allows it to be a bit quieter but still very accessible.

the hotel includes breakfast, live music at night, and a swimming pool on the first floor. there is also a jacuzzi on the accessible roof terrace with a marvelous view. i appreciated the daily cleaning and towel changes plus an iron upon request.

the hotel staff always offered polite and helpful assistance. luigi, the restaurant manager. the front desk staff helped with printing and translations. their friendly smiles.
